The site hosts the Imagine Canada — John Hodgson Library and serves as Imagine Canada's knowledge centre, a comprehensive one-stop shop for accessing Imagine Canada signature research, public policy and corporate citizenship initiatives, as well as the excellent work of others working in the sector for the benefit of vibrant Canadian communities.

The Imagine Canada — John Hodgson Library houses over 7,000 titles representing the most current works on philanthropy, voluntary action, civil society, corporate social responsibility, fundraising, capacity-building, public policy and nonprofit research in Canada. Supported by professional staff, the library offers free reference services by email, by phone and in person. The reference and reading room is open to the public, by appointment, at our location in downtown Toronto.

The Imagine Canada Library is bilingual and fully Web-accessible. The online library catalogue indexes the library's print collection as well as full-text electronic resources making it Canada's leading online library of charitable, voluntary and nonprofit resources."
