Lookout Emergency Aid Society is a non-profit, charitable organization, providing non-sectarian lay services to adult men and women who cope with a wide variety of challenges including mental illness, mental handicaps, medical problems, physical disabilities, social dysfunctions, substance abuse or - more frequently - a combination of issues. The Lookout Emergency Aid Society operates 14 programs at 10 sites located in three municipalities, Vancouver, New Westminster and the North Shore.
