Harbour Light’s mandate is to get a client to become aware of their problem and the different personality traits they have picked up from substance abuse. Harbour Light tries to teach clients to think differently, and understand that there’s more to life than drugs or alcohol. Harbour Light has ten programs in its continuum of care including and operates in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.
